Let me introduce myself, my name is Samson, and I am the proud owner of the Samson Garage Door Company here in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. By being a small local business it is my pleasure to serve my community and all the cities and areas surrounding it.
I started Installing and Repairing Garage Doors eight years ago, and had found the industry lacking in the areas of transparency when it came to products and customer service. My staff and I are professionally trained and follow all guidelines on garage door safety protocols.

These guys are great. I hung out most of the time while they were installing but not too much because i didn't want to be that guy. It took 2 days to complete but I can tell they were being thorough. I had some big doors. I had a small issue with one of the doors and they came out the same day to fix it. I have been an electrician for 16 yrs and have seen a lot of garage doors go in and i can tell you these guys do a good job and they back it up.

I called at 10am and the technician was here at 130pm! They came almost right away to fix our garage door opener. He was able to diagnose the issues right away and knew exactly what to do to take care of them. They were quick, nice and have very reasonable rates. I would 100000% call them again!!!
Also, don't try to install a garage door opener yourself... You're going to have to call a company when it doesn't work properly... Just call Samson and have them come and install a new one for you. Believe me. I swear it's worth the extra little tiny bit of money to save you 8+ hours of frustration, anger and ultimately being defeated.
